DOMESTIC VISUAL CONDITION REPORTS

If you are looking to purchase a new home then have a Domestic Visual Condition Report carried out.

This is a service we offer to help you find out what condition the electrical installation is in.

Our qualifying supervisor will carry out a visual inspection of the electrical installation to see if it is visually compliant to the current regulations.

The inspection includes : 

Checking to ensure that the earthing in the property is in place and adequate.

The Consumer Unit (Fuse Board) is compliant to current regulations.

Ensuring that the circuits are covered by RCD protective devices.

Identify, so far as is reasonably practicable, any damage, detrerioration or defects which may give rise to danger.
